iSPIRT ProductNation Playbook RoundTable on Sales. (Chennai)

In line with our objectives to support the emerging software product development industry in India, we are seeking participation in a roundtable to share, discuss and learn about challenges and leading practices in sales management.
The objectives of the Sales PlaybookRT are –
To help organizations that are engaged in B2B sales to review their current sales structure and sales processes with an aim to improve sales performance by sharing techniques / experiences related to
– Selling to the SME segment in India through a direct sales team / indirect / channel partners team
– Recruiting & building your sales organisation
– Using / building the right technology to aid your sales team
– Identifying key metrics to track the performance of your sales team
– Building processes to increase sales productivities
The session is open to the company’s CEO, Founders or head of strategy/Sales. The playbook is designed for companies which have achieved product-market fit and are looking to grow their sales team.
To help us better understand your organization and its unique challenges, we have designed a survey that should not take more than 5 mins of your time. We request that you share detailed information with the assurance that any confidential information provided by you / your organisation in this regard will remain confidential unless specific permission is sought from you. Applications are due by the 12th October 2013. The goal is to have at most 12 companies so as to make the interaction effective. If there are other interested attendees, we will arrange subsequent workshops. We will confirm the short-listed companies by 17th September 2013. This PlaybookRT is FREE and there are no charges.
