Assisting product entrepreneurs in their readiness for a successful M&A #PlaybookRT

We are pleased to invite you for the Playbook Roundtable on M&A. This Playbook RoundTable is brought to you by M&A Connect a key initiative of iSPIRT that aims to assist product entrepreneurs in their readiness for a successful M&A. This M&A PlaybookRT will be led by Sanat Rao(iSPIRT) & Sanjay Shah(Invensys Skelta) and is intended for companies that have a software product (consumer or enterprise), have initial customers (market validation). Some of the topics which will be discussed are:

- Some common terms and conditions, and legal requirements

The RoundTable will be interactive and will help executives and entrepreneurs understand the need, process and issues surrounding a successful M&A, particularly with cross-border acquirers.
