“Discovery Hack Playbook Series” – Effectuation- Experiential Workshop

A startup at any point in time is one wrong decision away from disaster. First time entrepreneurs struggle in making decisions, every choice that needs to be taken seems to present itself with paradoxical options. Successful entrepreneurs however navigate this confusion with ease. It turns that there are some pattern to how they decide.Decades of study of successful entrepreneurs has led to the finding that they think very differently. The studies have to led to identification of 5 key principles called as principles of Effectuation which when applied help entrepreneurs improve their odds of success.

Prof of Saras Sarasvathy from Darden University who has founded these principles through rigorous research will be conducting a experiential learning workshop in helping bootstrapped companies make progress. In the workshop participants would learn about these principle through real life cases and further how they can apply it to themselves.

Participants from previous workshop found several myths about entrepreneurship that they had were shattered, especially those around market research, ideation, VC funding & bootstrapping.  The event will be held from 10.30 to 3.00 pm on 20th December in Koramangala.
