To help organizations that are engaged in B2B sales to review their current sales structure and sales processes with an aim to improve sales performance by sharing techniques / experiences related to
1. Go to market for new market, and the possible sales channels for your organization (Direct, Channel, Inside Sales, Online sales)
2. Reviewing alignment between organization strategy and sales structure
3. Measuring sales productivity / metrics – Importance of a pipeline and effective lead generation
4. Sales structure and process alternatives in industries / companies
5. Leading practices followed in efficient sales teams
To help us better understand your organization and its unique challenges, we have designed a survey that should not take more than 10 mins of your time.
We request that you share detailed information with the assurance that any confidential information provided by you / your organisation in this regard will remain confidential unless specific permission is sought from you.
The session is open to the company’s CEO, Founders or head of strategy/Sales. Applications are due by the 20th July. The goal is to have at most 12 companies so as to make the interaction effective.
